  "text": "The FRS will be entrusted with the technical implementation of the projects.\nThe implementing entity will prepare:\n(a) quarterly reports on the implementation of the projects;\n(b) a final report not later than one month after the end of the implementation of the projects.\nReports will be sent to the HR.\nThe FRS will ensure the visibility of the Union contribution, appropriate to its size.",
