[Remuneration of the guarantee] The contract concluded between HSH Finanzfonds AöR and HSH on 2 June 2009 on the provision of a guarantee framework (the ‘guarantee provision contract’) will be amended as follows or supplemented with further documentation in order to bring the remuneration into line with the requirements of the Commission Communication on the treatment of impaired assets in the Community banking sector^f1.
