# Commission Decision of 26 January 2012 amending Decisions 2011/263/EU and 2011/264/EU in order to take account of developments in enzymes classification in accordance with Annex I to Council Directive 67/548/EEC and Annex VI to Regulation (EC) No 1272/2008 of the European Parliament and of the Council (notified under document C(2012) 323) (Text with EEA relevance) (2012/49/EU), Division 2: In the Annex to Decision 2011/264/EU, in criterion 4, point (b), fifth paragraph, the following substance is added to the table of derogations:
