# Council Decision of 13 November 2012 amending Decision 1999/70/EC concerning the external auditors of the national central banks, as regards the external auditors of the Central Bank of Ireland (2012/703/EU), Article 1

Article 1(5) of Decision 1999/70/EC is replaced by the following:
‘5. RSM Farrell Grant Sparks is hereby approved as the external auditors of the Central Bank of Ireland.’.
