Division 5 Impact assessment

The impact of this Decision should be technically assessed upon completion of the last activities foreseen therein. The impact assessment will be carried out by the High Representative, in cooperation with relevant Council Working Groups and, as appropriate, with the Union Delegations in beneficiary countries and with other relevant stakeholders.
