Article 18 Depositary

1.

The Secretary-General of the United Nations is designated as the Depositary of this Convention.

2.

The Depositary shall receive notice of any signature, ratification, acceptance, approval, notification of provisional application of, and accession to, this Convention, and notify all Parties and Signatories of these notices.
