  "text": "Taking into account all the relevant essential requirements, the ‘ operation and traffic management ’ subsystem, as described in point 2.2, covers only the elements specified in this Chapter.\nIn accordance with Directive 2012/34/EU , it is the overall responsibility of the infrastructure manager to provide all the appropriate requirements which must be met by trains permitted to run on his network, taking into account the geographic particularities of individual lines and the functional or technical specifications set out in this Chapter.",
