# Council Decision of 6 December 2012 on the position to be taken on behalf of the European Union within the Stabilisation and Association Council established by the Stabilisation and Association Agreement between the European Communities and their Member States, of the one part, and the Republic of Albania, of the other part, with regard to the adoption of provisions on the coordination of social security systems (2012/773/EU), Article 10: Agreements supplementing the administrative procedures for implementing this Decision


One or more Member States and Albania may conclude agreements designed to supplement the administrative procedures for implementing this Decision, especially with regard to preventing and combating fraud and error.
