# Council Decision of 6 December 2012 on the position to be taken by the European Union within the Cooperation Committee set up by the Agreement on Cooperation and Customs Union between the European Community and its Member States, of the one part, and the Republic of San Marino, of the other part, with regard to the adoption of provisions on the coordination of social security systems (2012/775/EU), Article 10: Agreements supplementing the administrative procedures for implementing this Decision


One or more Member States and San Marino may conclude agreements designed to supplement the administrative procedures for implementing this Decision, especially with regard to preventing and combating fraud and error.
