# Council Decision of 6 December 2012 on the position to be taken by the European Union within the Cooperation Committee set up by the Agreement on Cooperation and Customs Union between the European Community and its Member States, of the one part, and the Republic of San Marino, of the other part, with regard to the adoption of provisions on the coordination of social security systems (2012/775/EU), Article 13: Entry into force


This Decision shall enter into force on the day following that of its publication in the Official Journal of the European Union.
