# Council Decision of 6 December 2012 on the position to be taken by the European Union within the Cooperation Committee set up by the Agreement on Cooperation and Customs Union between the European Community and its Member States, of the one part, and the Republic of San Marino, of the other part, with regard to the adoption of provisions on the coordination of social security systems (2012/775/EU), Article 7: Application of Article 24 of the Agreement


Article 24 of the Agreement shall apply in case either Party considers that the other Party has not complied with the obligations laid down in Articles 5 and 6.
