  "text": "Implementing Decision 2011/807/EU is amended as follows:\n(1) in Article 1(2), point (c) is replaced by the following:\n(c) ‘shall not exceed the following:\n(i) EUR 3 600 000 for Spain;\n(ii) EUR 2 300 000 for Italy;\n(iii) EUR 1 050 000 for Portugal;\n(iv) EUR 1 050 000 for the United Kingdom.’;\n(2) in Article 2(2), point (a) is replaced by the following:\n(a) ‘shall consist of a lump sum compensating for all costs incurred to perform the following activities and/or tests:\n(i) EUR 0,5 per domestic animal sampled for gamma interferon test and suspected positive in the slaughterhouse;\n(ii) EUR 1,5 per tuberculin test;\n(iii) EUR 5 per gamma interferon test;\n(iv) EUR 20 per bacteriological test.’;\n(3) in Article 2(2), point (c) is replaced by the following:\n(c) ‘shall not exceed the following:\n(i) EUR 19 000 000 for Ireland;\n(ii) EUR 14 000 000 for Spain;\n(iii) EUR 4 000 000 for Italy;\n(iv) EUR 2 650 000 for Portugal;\n(v) EUR 31 000 000 for the United is replaced by the following:\n‘The financial contribution by the Union for the programmes submitted by the Member States referred to in point (a) of paragraph 1:’;\n(ii) point (b) is replaced by the following:\n(b) ‘shall not exceed the following:\n(i) EUR 210 000 for Bulgaria;\n(ii) EUR 1 200 000 for Germany;\n(iii) EUR 200 000 for France;\n(iv) EUR 10 000 for Luxembourg;\n(v) EUR 340 000 for Hungary;\n(vi) EUR 900 000 for Romania;\n(vii) EUR 30 000 for Slovenia;\n(viii) EUR 500 000 for Slovakia.’;\n(b) the following paragraph 3 is added:\n3.. ‘The financial contribution by the Union for the programme submitted by Italy as referred to in point (b) of paragraph 1:\n(a) shall be at the rate of 50 % of the costs to be incurred by Italy for:\n(i) carrying out laboratory tests with a maximum not exceeding:\nEUR 2 per ELISA test\nEUR 10 per PCR test and\nEUR 10 per virological test;\n(ii) the salaries of contractual staff specially recruited for the implementation of the measures of that programme, other than to carry out laboratory tests;\n(b) shall not exceed EUR 850 000.’;\n(8) in Article 8(2), point (c) is amended as follows:\n(a) point (ix) is replaced by the following:\n(ix) ‘EUR 140 000 for Spain;’;\n(b) point (xi) is replaced by the following:\n(xi) ‘EUR 1 000 000 for Italy;’;\n(c) point (xxii) is replaced by the following:\n(xxii) ‘EUR 350 000 for Romania;’;\n(d) point (xxvii) is replaced by the following:\n(xxvii) ‘EUR 110 000 for the United Kingdom.’;\n(9) in Article 9(2), point (c) is amended as follows:\n(a) point (ii) is replaced by the following:\n(ii) ‘EUR 340 000 for Bulgaria;’;\n(b) point (iv) is replaced by the following:\n(iv) ‘EUR 750 000 for Denmark;’;\n(c) point (v) is replaced by the following:\n(v) ‘EUR 6 300 000 for
