  "text": "Member States shall make information available to the European Commission on the implementation of Directive 2010/75/EU by replying to the questionnaires set out in Annexes I and II, using the specific electronic format to be developed for the purposes of this reporting.\nThe reply to the questionnaire set out in Annex I shall be submitted by 30 September 2014 at the latest.\nThe reply to the questionnaire set out in Annex II shall be submitted by 30 September 2017 at the latest.",
