  "text": "Council Decision 2012/811/CFSP\nof 20 December 2012\namending Decision 2010/788/CFSP concerning restrictive measures against the Democratic Republic of the Congo\nTHE COUNCIL OF THE EUROPEAN UNION,\nHaving regard to the Treaty on European Union, and in particular Article 29 thereof,\nWhereas:\n(1)\nOn 20 December 2010, the Council adopted Decision 2010/788/CFSP imposing restrictive measures against the Democratic Republic of the Congo.\n(2)\nUnited Nations Security Council Resolution (UNSCR) 2078 (2012) of 28 November 2012 amended the criteria for the designation of persons and entities to be subject to the restrictive measures set out in paragraphs 9 and 11 of UNSCR 1807 (2008).\n(3)\nUNSCR 2078 (2012) also added a further exemption to the measures set out in paragraph 9 of UNSCR 1807 (2008).\n(4)\nOn 12 and 30 November 2012, the Sanctions Committee established pursuant to UNSCR 1533 (2004) added additional persons to the list of persons and entities subject to restrictive measures.\n(5)\nDecision 2010/788/CFSP should be amended accordingly,\nHAS ADOPTED THIS DECISION:",
