# Commission Decision of 20 December 2012 terminating the anti-subsidy proceeding concerning imports of bioethanol originating in the United States of America and terminating the registration of such imports imposed by Regulation (EU) No 771/2012 (2012/825/EU), Article 2

Customs authorities are hereby directed to cease the registration of imports carried out pursuant to Article 1 of Regulation (EU) No 771/2012. No countervailing duty shall be collected on the imports thus registered.
