  "text": "Council Decision 2012/829/CFSP\nof 21 December 2012\namending Decision 2010/413/CFSP concerning restrictive measures against Iran\nTHE COUNCIL OF THE EUROPEAN UNION,\nHaving regard to the Treaty on European Union, and in particular Article 29 thereof,\nWhereas:\n(1)\nOn 26 July 2010, the Council adopted Decision 2010/413/CFSP.\n(2)\nA provision concerning enhanced monitoring over all activities of financial institutions within the Union with Iranian financial institutions should be inserted in Decision 2010/413/CFSP.\n(3)\nIn addition, a provision in Decision 2010/413/CFSP concerning the freezing of funds and economic resources should also be amended.\n(4)\nFurthermore, additional persons and entities should be included in the list of persons and entities subject to restrictive measures as set out in Annex II to Decision 2010/413/CFSP, certain entities should be removed from that list and the entries concerning certain entities should be amended.\n(5)\nDecision 2010/413/CFSP should therefore be amended accordingly,\nHAS ADOPTED THIS DECISION:",
