# Council Decision of 13 November 2012 on the signing and conclusion of the Agreement between the Government of the United States of America and the European Union on the coordination of energy-efficiency labelling programmes for office equipment (Text with EEA relevance) (2013/107/EU), Article XI: Procedures for amending Annexes A and B


1. A Management Entity seeking to amend Annex A or Annex B shall follow the procedures set forth in paragraphs 1 and 2 of Article X.
2. Amendments to Annexes A and B shall be made by mutual agreement of the Management Entities.
