  "text": "1. This Agreement shall enter into force on the date upon which each Party has notified the other in writing through diplomatic channels that its respective internal procedures necessary for its entry into force have been completed.\n2. This Agreement shall remain in force for a period of five years. At least one year prior to the end of this period, the Parties shall meet to discuss renewal of this Agreement.",
