  "text": "Products referred to in Article 1 must not constitute dangerous instantly flammable elements in the child’s environment. They must therefore be made of materials that do not produce a flash effect if directly exposed to a flame or spark. For this reason, the latest version of EN 71-2 should be taken into account.\nThe use of chemical flame retardant substances should be kept to the minimum. If chemical flame retardant substances are used, their toxicity during use and their end-of-life disposal should not endanger the health of the user, the child’s carers or the environment.",
