  "text": "The Union grants financial aid to the Joint Research Centre of the European Commission, Ispra, Italy, for the following activities regarding the period from 1 January 2013 to 31 December 2013:\n(a) the activities related to materials and articles in contact with foodstuffs; that financial aid shall not exceed EUR 341 000;\n(b) the activities related to GMOs; that financial aid shall not exceed EUR 472 000.",
