# Commission Implementing Decision of 26 March 2013 establishing the best available techniques (BAT) conclusions under Directive 2010/75/EU of the European Parliament and of the Council on industrial emissions for the production of cement, lime and magnesium oxide (notified under document C(2013) 1728) (Text with EEA relevance) (2013/163/EU), Division '3.1: Production of cement, lime and magnesium oxide', which involve:

Extent: E+W+S+N.I.

(a) production of cement clinker in rotary kilns with a production capacity exceeding 500 tonnes per day or in other kilns with a production capacity exceeding 50 tonnes per day;
(b) production of lime in kilns with a production capacity exceeding 50 tonnes per day;
(c) production of magnesium oxide in kilns with a production capacity exceeding 50 tonnes per day.
