  "text": "Emission levels associated with the best available techniques (BAT-AELs) given in these BAT conclusions refer to standard conditions: dry gas at a temperature of 273 K, and a pressure of 1 013 hPa.\nValues given in concentrations apply under the following reference conditions:\nFor sintered dolime produced by the 'double-pass process', the correction for oxygen does not apply.\nFor dead burned magnesia (DBM) produced by the 'double-pass process', the correction for oxygen does not apply.\nActivities\nReference conditions\nKiln activities\nCement industry\n10 % oxygen by volume\nLime industry\n11 % oxygen by volume\nMagnesium oxide industry (dry process route)\n10 % oxygen by volume\nNon-kiln activities\nAll processes\nNo correction for oxygen\nLime hydrating plants\nAs emitted\n(no correction for oxygen and for dry gas)\nFor averaging periods the following definitions apply:\nDaily average value\nAverage value over a period of 24 hours measured by the continuous monitoring of emissions\nAverage over the sampling period\nAverage value of spot measurements (periodic) of at least 30 minutes each, unless otherwise stated",
