# Council Decision 2013/184/CFSP of 22 April 2013 concerning restrictive measures against Myanmar/Burma and repealing Decision 2010/232/CFSP, Article 4

Extent: E+W+S+N.I.

1. The provision of military training to or military cooperation with the Myanmar Armed Forces (Tatmadaw) and the Border Guard Police shall be prohibited.
2. The prohibition in paragraph 1 shall not apply to training or cooperation aimed at strengthening democratic principles, the rule of law or respect for international law, including international human rights law, in Myanmar/Burma.
