# Council Decision No 252/2013/EU of 11 March 2013 establishing a Multiannual Framework for 2013-2017 for the European Union Agency for Fundamental Rights, Article 4: Entry into force

This Decision shall enter into force on the twentieth day following that of its publication in the Official Journal of the European Union.
It shall be applicable from 1 January 2013.
