Article 10 is replaced by the following:
‘Review of the measure
Article 10The measures provided for in this Decision shall be reviewed regularly to take into account, where appropriate, new developments as regards the presence of unauthorised GMOs in products originating in or consigned from China, or as regards scientific and technical progress in the methods for sampling and analysis provided in this Decision.’
