  "text": "This Decision shall apply to products of animal origin which fulfil the following conditions:\n(a) they fall within the scope of Regulation (EC) No 853/2004;\n(b) they do not comply with the requirements of Regulation (EC) No 853/2004;\n(c) they were introduced into Croatia from third countries before 1 July 2013.",
