Article 1(9) of Decision 1999/70/EC is replaced by the following:

“9.

KPMG Wirtschaftsprüfungs- und Steuerberatungs AG is hereby approved as the external auditors and PwC Wirtschaftsprüfung GmbH as the alternate external auditors of the Österreichische Nationalbank for the financial years 2013 to 2017.”.
