  "text": "Council Decision\nof 20 December 2012\nappointing four members of the Management Board of the European Medicines Agency (EMA)\n(2013/33/EU)\nTHE COUNCIL OF THE EUROPEAN UNION,\nHaving regard to the Treaty on the Functioning of the European Union,\nHaving regard to Regulation (EC) No 726/2004 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 31 March 2004 laying down Community procedures for the authorisation and supervision of medicinal products for human and veterinary use and establishing a European Medicines Agency, and in particular Article 65(1) and (4) thereof,\nHaving regard to the list of candidates drawn up by the Commission on 8 August 2012,\nHaving regard to the opinion of the European Parliament,\nHAS ADOPTED THIS DECISION:",
