  "text": "DRAFT\nDECISION No …/2013 OF THE EPA COMMITTEE\nof\nset up by the Interim Agreement establishing a framework for an Economic Partnership Agreement between the Eastern and Southern Africa States, on the one part, and the European Community and its Member States, on the other part concerning the adoption of the Rules of Procedure of the EPA Committee, the Customs Cooperation Committee and the Joint Development Committee\nTHE EPA COMMITTEE,\nHaving regard to the Interim Agreement establishing a framework for an Economic Partnership Agreement between the Eastern and Southern Africa States, on the one part, and the European Community and its Member States, on the other part (hereinafter referred to as ‘the Agreement’), signed in Grand Baie on 29 August 2009 and provisionally applied since 14 May 2012, and in particular Article 64 thereof,\nWhereas:\n(1)\nThe Agreement provides that the EPA Committee adopts its rules of procedure.\n(2)\nThe EPA Committee is to be assisted in the performance of its duties by the Customs Cooperation Committee, which is established in accordance with Article 41 of the Protocol 1 of the Agreement, and the Joint Development Committee, which is established in accordance with Article 52 of the Agreement,\nHAS ADOPTED THIS DECISION:\nDone at (place), on (date)\nFor the signatory ESA States\nFor the EU Party",
