The Rules of Procedure of the following committees are hereby established as set out in the Annexes:

  • Annex I – the EPA Committee;

  • Annex II – the Customs Cooperation Committee;

  • Annex III – the Joint Development Committee.

2.

Those Rules of Procedure are without prejudice to any special rules provided for in the Agreement or which may be decided by the EPA Committee.
