# Council Decision of 10 May 2010 on the signing, on behalf of the European Union, and provisional application of the Framework Agreement between the European Union and its Member States, on the one part, and the Republic of Korea, on the other part (2013/40/EU), Article 41: Public administration


The Parties agree to cooperate by exchanging experience and best practice, building on existing efforts, with respect to the modernisation of public administration in areas such as:
(a) improving organisational efficiency;
(b) increasing institutions’ effectiveness in service delivery;
(c) ensuring transparent management of public resources and accountability;
(d) improving the legal and institutional framework;
(e) policy design and implementation.
