  "text": "Subject to the results of any on-the-spot checks carried out in accordance with Article 11(1) of Decision 2009/470/EC, a first tranche payment shall be paid to Latvia as follows:\n(a) up to EUR 224 300;\n(b) as part of the financial contribution from the Union provided for in Articles 1 and 2.\nThat payment shall be made on the basis of an official request for reimbursement submitted by Latvia.",
