  "text": "Annex II to Decision 2007/777/EC is amended as follows:\n(1) in Part 2, the entry for Russia is replaced by the following:\n‘\nRU\nRussia\nRU\nXXX\nXXX\nXXX\nXXX\nA\nXXX\nA\nC\nC\nXXX\nA\nXXX\nA\nRussia (3)\nRU-1\nC\nC\nC\nB\nXXX\nXXX\nXXX\nXXX\nXXX\nXXX\nXXX\nXXX\nXXX\nRussia\nRU-2\nC or D1\nC or D1\nC\nB\nXXX\nXXX\nXXX\nXXX\nXXX\nXXX\nXXX\nXXX\nXXX\n’\n(2) in Part 4, after the entry for meat treatment D, the following entry for meat treatment D1 is inserted:\nD1 ‘Thorough cooking of meat, previously deboned and defatted, subjected to heating so that an internal temperature of 70 °C or greater is maintained for a minimum of 30 minutes.’.",
