# Council Decision of 26 September 2013 amending Decision 1999/70/EC concerning the external auditors of the national central banks, as regards the external auditors of the Banco de España (2013/481/EU), Article 1

Extent: E+W+S+N.I.

Article 1(3) of Decision 1999/70/EC is replaced by the following:
‘3. KPMG Auditores S.L. are hereby approved as the external auditors of the Banco de España for the financial years 2013 to 2017.’.
