Division 49 The term ‘assessment visit’ shall be used hereinafter to designate any:

1. (a)

   inspections or assessment visits in accordance with Article 9(3) and points (e), (f) and (g) of Article 16(2); or

2. (b)

   assessment visit in accordance with Article 13(5);

to evaluate the effectiveness of measures implemented for protecting EUCI.
