# Council Decision of 23 September 2013 on the security rules for protecting EU classified information (2013/488/EU), Article 18: Replacement of previous decision

Extent: E+W+S+N.I.

1. This Decision shall repeal and replace Council Decision 2011/292/EU.
2. All EUCI classified in accordance with Council Decision 2001/264/EC and with Decision 2011/292/EU shall continue to be protected in accordance with the relevant provisions of this Decision.
