  "text": "The Stabilisation and Association Council shall be chaired alternately for periods of 12 months by the President of the Foreign Affairs Council of the European Union, on behalf of the European Union and its Member States and the European Atomic Energy Community, and by a representative of the Government of Serbia. The first period shall begin on the date of the first Stabilisation and Association Council meeting and end on 31 December 2013.",
