  "text": "The regions where the collection and transmission of data to the Visa Information System (VIS) shall start, after the regions determined by Implementing Decision 2012/274/EU, according to Article 48(3) of Regulation (EC) No 767/2008, are the following:\nThe 12th region:\nCosta Rica,\nEl Salvador,\nGuatemala,\nHonduras,\nNicaragua,\nPanama.\nThe 13th region:\nCanada,\nMexico,\nUnited States.\nThe 14th region:\nAntigua and Barbuda,\nBahamas,\nBarbados,\nBelize,\nCuba,\nDominica,\nDominican Republic,\nGrenada,\nGuyana,\nHaiti,\nJamaica,\nSaint Kitts and Nevis,\nSaint Lucia,\nSaint Vincent and the Grenadines,\nSuriname,\nTrinidad and Tobago.\nThe 15th region:\nAustralia,\nFiji,\nKiribati,\nMarshall Islands,\nMicronesia,\nNauru,\nNew Zealand,\nPalau,\nPapua New Guinea,\nSamoa,\nSolomon Islands,\nTimor-Leste,\nTonga,\nTuvalu,\nVanuatu.\nThe 16th region:\nAlbania,\nBosnia and Herzegovina,\nformer Yugoslav Republic of Macedonia(FYROM),\nKosovo,\nMontenegro,\nSerbia,\nTurkey.\nThe 17th region:\nArmenia,\nAzerbaijan,\nBelarus,\nGeorgia,\nRepublic of Moldova,\nUkraine.\nThe 18th region:\nRussia.\nThe 19th region:\nChina,\nJapan,\nMongolia,\nNorth Korea,\nSouth Korea,\nTaiwan.\nThe 20th region:\nBangladesh,\nBhutan,\nIndia,\nMaldives,\nNepal,\nPakistan,\nSri-Lanka.\nThe 21st region:\nAndorra,\nHoly See,\nMonaco,\nSan Marino.\nThe 22nd region:\nIreland,\nUnited Kingdom.\nThe 23rd region:\nAustria,\nBelgium,\nBulgaria,\nCroatia,\nCyprus,\nCzech Republic,\nDenmark,\nEstonia,\nFinland,\nFrance,\nGermany,\nGreece,\nHungary,\nItaly,\nIceland,\nLatvia,\nLiechtenstein,\nLithuania,\nLuxembourg,\nMalta,\nthe Netherlands,\nNorway,\nPoland,\nPortugal,\nRomania,\nSlovakia,\nSlovenia,\nSpain,\nSweden,\nSwitzerland.",
