  "text": "Council Decision 2013/497/CFSP\nof 10 October 2013\namending Decision 2010/413/CFSP concerning restrictive measures against Iran\nTHE COUNCIL OF THE EUROPEAN UNION,\nHaving regard to the Treaty on European Union, and in particular Article 29 thereof,\nWhereas:\n(1)\nOn 26 July 2010, the Council adopted Decision 2010/413/CFSP.\n(2)\nThe criteria for designation with regard to restrictions on admission into the Union and to the freezing of funds, which cover persons and entities that have assisted designated persons or entities in evading or violating the provisions of the relevant United Nations Security Council Resolutions or of Decision 2010/413/CFSP, should be adjusted in order to include persons and entities that have themselves evaded or violated those provisions.\n(3)\nDecision 2010/413/CFSP should therefore be amended accordingly,\nHAS ADOPTED THIS DECISION:",
