# Commission Implementing Decision of 7 November 2013 on setting up the European Advanced Translational Research Infrastructure in Medicine as a European Research Infrastructure Consortium (EATRIS ERIC) (2013/640/EU), Article 14: Subsidiary bodies

Extent: E+W+S+N.I.

1. EATRIS ERIC shall have the following Subsidiary Bodies:
(a) the Board of National Directors;
(b) the Scientific Advisory Board.
2. The Board of Governors may establish other Subsidiary Bodies if deemed necessary for the functioning of EATRIS ERIC.
