Article 20 Intellectual property rights policy

The term intellectual property shall mean intellectual property as defined in Article 2 of the Convention Establishing the World Intellectual Property Organization signed on 14 July 1967.

The Board of National Directors shall provide for common principles and policies for Intellectual Property as laid down in Rules of Procedure. Those common principles and policies shall be approved by the Board of Governors.

The Board of National Directors may recommend agreements with the national centres and infrastructure consortia within the EATRIS research infrastructure in order to ensure that these entities as well as third parties have access to the scientific knowledge of the EATRIS research infrastructure.
