  "text": "1. This Decision shall enter into force on the date of its adoption.\n2. This Decision shall expire 24 months after the date of conclusion of the agreement referred to in Article 3(3). However, it shall expire six months after the date of its entry into force if no agreement has been concluded within that period.",
