Annex III DEFINITIONS AND INTERPRETATION

1. 1In these Statutes, unless the context requires otherwise ‘ESS ERIC’ means the European research infrastructure consortium established under Regulation (EC) No 723/2009 (the ‘Regulation’) and governed by these Statutes as they may be amended or restated when necessary in accordance with the Regulation (the ‘Statutes’);
