Article 21 Linguistic Regime and Working Language

1.

All versions of these Statutes in the official languages of the European Union shall be deemed authentic. No linguistic version shall prevail.

2.

When language versions are not provided for through the Official Journal of the European Union in case of amendments to these Statutes that do not require a Commission Decision, BBMRI-ERIC shall provide translations into the official languages of its EU Members.

3.

The working language of BBMRI-ERIC shall be English.
