Article 9 Governance Structure

The governance structure of BBMRI-ERIC shall comprise the following bodies:

1. (a)

   the Assembly of Members;

2. (b)

   the Finance Committee;

3. (c)

   the Director-General supported by the Management Committee;

4. (d)

   the Scientific and Ethical Advisory Board.
