Article 15 Liability and insurance

1.
The financial liability of the Members and Observers for the debts of ECRIN-ERIC shall be limited to their respective annual contribution as set out in Annex III.
2.
ECRIN-ERIC shall take appropriate measures to insure the risks specific to its activities.
