  "heading": "Duration and winding-up of ECRIN-ERIC",
  "text": "1. The duration of ECRIN-ERIC shall be indeterminate.\n2. The winding up of ECRIN-ERIC shall be decided by a two thirds majority vote of all members of the Assembly of Members.\n3. The assets of ECRIN-ERIC shall be transferred after its winding up to an entity that shall be agreed by a more than two thirds majority of the Members representing a more than two thirds majority of the mandatory contributions.",
