# Commission Implementing Decision of 29 November 2013 on setting up the European Clinical Research Infrastructure Network (ECRIN) as a European Research Infrastructure Consortium (ECRIN-ERIC) (2013/713/EU), Article 20: Duration and winding-up of ECRIN-ERIC

Extent: E+W+S+N.I.

1. The duration of ECRIN-ERIC shall be indeterminate.
2. The winding up of ECRIN-ERIC shall be decided by a two thirds majority vote of all members of the Assembly of Members.
3. The assets of ECRIN-ERIC shall be transferred after its winding up to an entity that shall be agreed by a more than two thirds majority of the Members representing a more than two thirds majority of the mandatory contributions.
