Article 21 Amendments

1.

Any proposed amendment of the Statutes shall be notified to the European Commission, and shall take only effect in accordance with Article 11 of the ERIC Regulation.

2.

The date of any amendment shall be recorded in these Statutes.

3.

The Annexes to these Statutes may be amended by approval of the Assembly of Members.

4.

Proposals for amendments or changes to these Statutes shall be valid only if made in writing and signed by an authorised signatory of each of the Members.
