# Commission Implementing Decision of 29 November 2013 on setting up the European Clinical Research Infrastructure Network (ECRIN) as a European Research Infrastructure Consortium (ECRIN-ERIC) (2013/713/EU), Division 3: The ECRIN-ERIC annual budget shall be covered by the contribution of ECRIN-ERIC Members and Observers. It consists of:

Extent: E+W+S+N.I.

(a) a local contribution to cover the activities of ECRIN-ERIC staff in each national hub (salary of the European Correspondent and related operation expenses) with an equivalent value of:
EUR 100 000 if GDP per capita > USD 20 000
EUR 50 000 if GDP per capita < USD 20 000
(b) a core financial contribution to cover the activities of the ECRIN-ERIC core team, stratified according to the GDP:
EUR 250 000 if GDP > USD 1 000 billion
EUR 100 000 if USD 1 000 billion > GDP > USD 200 billion
EUR 20 000 if GDP < USD 200 billion
(c) an annual financial contribution of EUR 150 000/year to ECRIN-ERIC provided by the Member State of the ECRIN-ERIC statutory seat (Article 19).
